The mission of RhodesDahl is to develop and actualize projects that realize a sustainable return on an organization’s capital investment. To achieve our mission, RhodesDahl delivers professional expertise throughout the planning, design and construction phases of a project’s development.

RhodesDahl recognizes the need for representation and management by a party with none of the conflicts of interest otherwise inherent to providing design and/or construction services to a project. As the owner’s representative, only RhodesDahl shares an organization’s comprehensive, unbiased scope of interest.

As the owner’s representative and project manager, RhodesDahl ensures that each member of the project team performs in a manner that serves the organization’s overall interest. Acting on behalf of the organization, RhodesDahl recommends, contracts, coordinates and manages the efforts of the project team to achieve maximum benefit and value from the project.
